Why we built it.
Regional VPs and their teams overseeing a portfolio of nursing and rehab facilities juggle a lot at once: open issues at each building, compliance items that need follow‑up, staff worth recognizing, and a rotating schedule of in‑person visits. That information tends to live scattered across email threads, spreadsheets, and notes taken on paper during a walkthrough.
FunctionOps was built for one purpose: give a Regional VP and their team a single, real‑time view across every building in their portfolio, so nothing falls through the cracks between site visits.
FunctionOps is a native iOS app developed by Vereda Ventures LLC. We’re planning to open a limited number of beta spots to long‑term care organizations soon, as we get the product ready for its first users.
